Just 10 miles due west of Chicago, Oak Park provides a city-like lifestyle without the city traffic and crowds.

Oak Park is famous for being home to 23 Frank Lloyd Wright designed homes, including his home and studio and the Frank Lloyd Wright Unity Temple. Tours are available daily. It is also the birthplace of Pulitzer Prize winning, Ernest Hemingway, alumni of the well regarded, college prep, Oak Park-River Forest High School.

Oak Park has an active arts community. The Harrison Arts District will welcome you with its public art displays, gorgeous landscaping and cafés.

Shop and dine amongst the Art Deco buildings, including the fully restored Lake Street movie theatre. You will find a mix of national retailers, boutiques, bistros and ethnic fair to fit all budgets.

The Oak Brook Conservatory hosts year round events including garden walks and a Farmer’s Market. Families can also enjoy Oak Park’s 22 parks and YMCA.
